Azza Boushih, Third year finance student

My journey into business analysis began when i attended an IIBA conference at Polygon university. This presentation opened my eyes to how impactful business analysis can be in driving smarter decisions and shaping the future of organizations. That moment fueled my passion to learn more. Volunteering with IIBA Tunisia chapter gave me the chance to dive deeper into this field, work alongside inspiring professionals, and develop the skills I need to thrive in business analysis. I’m excited to contribute and grow with this vibrant community. 
 

Saif Othman, First year masters in Business Analysis

As a first-year master’s student in Business Analysis at Polygon University and a Business Analyst working within the same institution, I am deeply committed to leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges. My journey as a volunteer with IIBA has been incredibly rewarding. Under the mentorship  at IIBA Tunisia, I have not only developed my skills in business analysis but also contributed meaningfully to the chapter's community. I am passionate about driving change and fostering innovation. My expertise is backed by
numerous certifications in the field, and I enjoy integrating creative approaches, such as
theater, into my training and coaching. This unique blend helps engage teams and

Hichem Laabene

My journey in business analysis began with a solid foundation in accounting, earning my Bachelor's degree from IHEC Carthage, followed by a Master's in IT Management. This educational background equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of financial and technological dynamics within organizations.

I have gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector, where I learned firsthand how impactful analysis can drive informed decision-making and shape strategic outcomes. Additionally, my certification as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor has enhanced my skills in risk management and compliance.

I am passionate about contributing to a better future for organizations by collaborating with inspiring professionals. I look forward to continuing my growth and engagement within this vibrant community.
